Why Are My Arms So Long

Why Are My Arms So Long

The tingly feeling you get in your arms when you extend them and the strain you feel when you raise your arms above your head are both very real, physical reactions. The reason behind why your arms seem like they’re made of rubber sometimes or extend way past where they should go is actually pretty logical. However, it’s also a little bit weird. Let us explain… It all comes down to a principle called the ‘law of leverage’ – basically, that our body can move more easily in certain positions when we have an extended range of motion (like raising our arms above our heads). However, if we move our body into that position too often, eventually it has a negative effect on our muscles and joints.

Why Are My Arms So Long?

Well, your arms are so long because of your bone structure. The length of your arms is due to the length of your humerus (upper arm bone) and your radius and ulna (lower arm bones). The length of these bones is genetically determined and can’t be altered.

What Is The Reason My Arms So Long?

Your arms are longer than your legs

Your arms are longer than your legs because of the length of your humerus and radius and ulna bones. These bones start from the shoulder and go down to the wrist where they end up in the hand. The length of these bones is genetically determined and cannot be altered. This is why you have to make do with what you’ve got!

Your arms are longer when you are relaxed

Your arms are longer when you are relaxed because your hands lie at an angle from your shoulders, which increases their length, as well as gives more room for muscles to move in that area.

Your arms are longer when standing up straight

The reason why your arms look so long when you stand up straight is because if you stand up straight, the angle between your arm and torso becomes less acute (less acute meaning less acute angle between two lines). Because of this, itivng you more space in your arms to move.

Your arms are longer when you are tired

Your arms are longer when you are tired because when your muscles become fatigued, the angle of your hands is altered and this decreases the length of your arms.

Your arms are longer when you wear a T-shirt

Your arms are longer when you wear a T-shirt because the straps on your T-shirts can pull on your shoulders and increase the length of your humerus bones, as well as stretch out the fabric of the shirt.

Your arm length increases with age

Your arm length increases with age due to the fact that as we get older our bones become stronger and more resistant to damage from stressors like exercise, weight lifting, or strong sunlight (which can cause damage to collagen fibers). This also happens because our bones don’t change size as much anymore – for example, our radius your arms being more relaxed.

Why Can’t I Lift My Arms When I’m Tired?

  1. Be careful when you use the word tired. I’m not sure what it means exactly, but it is a loaded word. If you think of the word tired as something that occurs from time to time, it is okay to use it. But if you are tired all the time, then a better way of describing this is chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
  2. Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a condition where someone has very low energy levels and feels too tired to do anything. It can cause depression and anxiety and can be very disabling for many people.
  3. One of the most common symptoms of CFS is muscle weakness or paralysis of some sort, including muscles in your arms, legs, neck, and back. This makes it difficult to lift your arms above shoulder level or walk around without support from another person or furniture. You may also have problems with your eyesight or balance due to dizziness or vertigo caused by these muscle problems in your head and neck.
  4. There are different types of CFS, and each is caused by a different cause. Some can be treated with medication, while others need special treatment that involves exercise, medication, and sometimes even surgery.
  5. If you have CFS or you think you might have it, then see your doctor to find out what is wrong with you and how to treat it.
  6. If you are unable to lift your arms above shoulder level, then it may be time to see a doctor. Some muscles in your arms and neck may be weak or injured and need treatment. Other muscles in your body may be causing the problem.
  7. In some cases, people with CFS can simply learn strategies to help them cope with their disability by using a support person or some other way of getting around that is not dependent on their arms.
  8. Another option is using computer technology to do things for you that you used to do with your hands, such as typing on the computer keyboard or playing video games that require moving the controller from one hand to another when you want to change a direction on the screen or move from one area of the screen to another.

The Dangers Of Having Long Arms

1. Loss of Control

In case you are not well aware, some countries like the US, Japan, and England have laws which restrict the length of guns.  For instance, in the US, it is illegal to own a fully automatic rifle that has a barrel longer than 26 inches.  In Japan, it is illegal to own a gun which has a barrel longer than 30 inches.  And in England, it is illegal to own any gun with a barrel length of more than five feet.  But this restriction does not apply to private citizens!  You see, since these countries do not have their own government and are under the control of other governments instead, they can make any law they want as long as they do not violate international law or break the constitution of their respective countries.  Well…

2. You will be treated as a Criminal by Police

In the US, if you are arrested for having a long-barreled weapon, you might be treated as a criminal.  The police will search your home and take whatever they want from it.  They might even set up a roadblock and delay your travel.  And when the police find out that you have been arrested for having an illegal long-barreled weapon, they will probably put you in jail for the rest of your life.  In England, if you are arrested for owning an illegal long-barreled weapon, it will be treated as a serious crime and you will be sentenced to life imprisonment or even execution by hanging. If this happens to you because of what you own, I hope that no one ever finds out that it was not an accident!

3. You Will Get Arrested For Having Illegal Weapons And Ammunition!

If your gun is illegal in your country and is found during a search of your house, you will be arrested for having illegal weapons and ammunition.  But even if your gun is legal, it is still dangerous when you have a long-barreled weapon.

Bottom Line

Having long arms isn’t a bad thing, but it can be if you don’t treat them properly. Stretching regularly will help you avoid injury, as will keeping your joints warm in colder months. If you lift weights regularly, remember to warm up your joints before you get started. And if you feel like your arms are too long, you can talk to your doctor about getting an assessment.
